Daher arbeiten wir bei Taste Point mit sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgew\u00e4hlten lokalen Produzenten zusammen, die unsere Liebe zu Qualit\u00e4t und Authentizit\u00e4t teilen.<br><br>Unser Brot stammt aus der B\u00e4ckerei Ezl, wo es noch auf traditionelle Weise mit Sauerteig gebacken wird. Der Honig auf dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckstisch ist das Werk lokaler Imker \u2013 der Imkerei Marin und der Familie \u017diher \u2013, die durch ihre F\u00fcrsorge f\u00fcr die Bienen f\u00fcr einen authentischen, hausgemachten Geschmack sorgen. Die Marmeladen und Konfit\u00fcren stammen aus der K\u00fcche der Marke Hudo Dobro, und das frische Gem\u00fcse kommt von H\u00f6fen aus unserer Umgebung, unter anderem vom Hof Kumer, dem Obstbau Me\u0161ko und dem biodynamischen Hof Kelenc.<br><br>Die Milchspezialit\u00e4ten werden auf dem Bauernhof Kosi hergestellt, w\u00e4hrend uns Picount mit frischem Mikrogr\u00fcn und Kr\u00e4utern versorgt. F\u00fcr die Fleischspezialit\u00e4ten sorgen lokale Metzger, darunter der Bauernhof Cimerman, und die heimischen S\u00e4fte werden auf dem Bauernhof Trstenjak produziert. Jede Mahlzeit ist somit eine Geschichte \u2013 eine Geschichte \u00fcber Menschen, die sich mit Wissen und Herz um das Land, die Tiere und die Ernte k\u00fcmmern, und wir bringen diese mit Freude auf
