Welcome to The Point Boutique Experience.
The house rules have been prepared to ensure a pleasant stay, peace, and security for all guests, as well as the smooth operation of the accommodation facility.
By staying with us, guests are considered to be familiar with and to fully accept the house rules.
The Point is designed as a boutique environment for relaxation and quality living.
Therefore, please:
that night-time peace is ensured after 10:00 PM,
- to respect the privacy and peace of other guests,
- that noise in rooms and common areas is kept at an appropriate level.
We reserve the right to take action in case of disturbance of peace and order.
Guests can check in:
- In person at reception (during operating hours),
- also via the self check-in system outside of opening hours.
Directions for arrival are provided to the guest before their arrival.
The guest is responsible for the safe and correct use of available codes and instructions.
The rooms are for registered guests only.
In the rooms and premises, it is not permitted to:
- organising parties or events,
- smoking indoors,
- Intentional damage or relocation of inventory within a unit.
The guest is responsible for all damage incurred during their stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside our accommodation.
Breach of this rule may incur additional cleaning or damage repair charges.

Animals are not permitted in the accommodation.
The installation plant is family-friendly.
Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the behaviour of children and any damage caused.
The use of the wellness facilities and communal areas is at your own risk.
Please provide:
- respect for peace and a relaxing atmosphere,
- use of premises in accordance with instructions,
- Appropriate behaviour in all common areas.
In the event of inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to restrict access to the wellness facilities.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
We recommend safely storing valuables in the room.
We are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, except in cases provided for by law.
Guests have at their disposal:
free parking,
- covered parking for an additional charge of 5 EUR per night.
Parking is at your own risk.
In the case of:
- damage to the property of the installation facility,
- breaches of house rules,
- disturbing other guests,
we reserve the right to:
- recovery of damages,
- early termination of stay without reimbursement of costs.
For the safety of guests and staff, and for the protection of property, video surveillance has been implemented in certain external and communal areas of the building.
Video surveillance is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and is clearly marked with appropriate notice signs.
The recordings are used solely for security purposes and are retained for a limited time in accordance with the controller's internal rules.
Guests are required to follow the instructions of the staff.
Staff have the right to take action in the event of breaches of the house rules.
House rules are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Reservation and Stay.
We reserve the right to amend these house rules. The current version is always published on the website.
