The central figure of the story is Janez Puh, a globally recognised visionary born in Sakušak, whose innovations significantly marked the development of modern transport.
As a locksmith apprentice, he began his professional career in Ptuj, Maribor and Radgona, before further training across Europe and founding his own company in Graz in 1889. With the »Styria« bicycle he achieved international recognition, and shortly afterwards became one of the greatest pioneers of the motorcycle and automotive industries.

The experience offers visitors the opportunity to learn about the development of transport through interactive presentations, expert-guided tours, viewing technical heritage and active experiences – from cycling trips through the Slovene Hills, presentations of vintage vehicles, motorcycle and car rides, to discovering the aviation tradition, which is complemented today by the proximity of the airfield in Moškanjci.
An important part of the story is also the Puh Museum, which houses a rich collection of exhibits, patents, documents and technical drawings. The museum was created through the efforts of the Janez Puh Compatriot Society Juršinci, the Municipality of Juršinci and numerous partners, and today represents one of the most important sites of technical heritage in Slovenia.
Puch's legacy lives on today. His company grew into the Steyr-Daimler-Puch concern, and the tradition of industrial excellence is also continued by Magna Steyr, which supports the preservation of the memory of the great innovator.
